The Mosely gallery is a non-profit art gallery at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with an educational mission to bring critically-acclaimed and globally-relevant artwork to campus and promote the department's academic concentrations in Commercial Photography, Graphic Illustration, Art Education, and Sequential Arts. The gallery provides cultural and creative programming to the campus community and  the greater Delmarva Peninsula, and organizes a bi-annual Study Abroad program in Italy, where UMES students launch a satellite exhibition of their artwork. Admission is free and the public is warmly invited to the gallery.

Starting in 2024, the gallery entered the Chrysler Museum's ArtBridges Museum cohort, which has allowed students to gain important professional development opportunities in the museum field and co-curate the exhibition Define Yourself! in Spring 2025. This exhibition included works by seminal African-American artists, such as Elizabeth Catlett, Dawoud Bey, Margaret Burroughs, and Emma Amos.

Mosely Gallery is supported by the Maryland State Arts Council, Somerset County Arts Council, and Princess Anne (MD) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated. The gallery is currently not accepting unsolicited submissions of artwork.
